End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you") and Drillwurks LLC ("Company," "we," "our," "us") governing your use of the Drillwurks Repair Process App ("App").

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

 

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for your business operations related to dental drill repairs.

 

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App

• Use the App for illegal activities

• Share your login credentials with unauthorized users

 

4. Ownership

The App and all intellectual property rights remain the property of Drillwurks LLC. You are granted a license to use the App but do not own any part of it.

 

5. Data Collection & Privacy

By using the App, you consent to our data collection practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drillwurks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

 

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement.

 

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Your State/Country].
